To underline and demonstrate our Safeguarding commitment, we:

  1. Have a designated Safeguarding Trustee Board Member
  2. Have appointed Safeguarding Officers who work across all operational aspects of our foodbank
  3. Review our Safeguarding policy and all associated procedures annually, or sooner should new relevant legislation require this
  4. Ensure all relevant personnel receive initial and ongoing safeguarding training from accredited providers
  5. Commit to embedding safeguarding practices at every touch point across our foodbank
