Huge congratulations to Cllr Elizabeth Shepherd for completing the 10k Shardaloes run on 24th September and to Michela di Toco for being a very able running partner and encourager.
The Amersham Mayor’s next challenge was to greet shoppers at Tesco Amersham on 6th October – telling them about the foodbank and collecting donations – thank you!.
Many thanks to BJ – community Champion at Tesco – for arranging and supporting this event – and to Michela di Toco who was there again to give a helping hand.
Cllr Shepherd has a programme of activities to support the foodbank, including the civic carol service on 6th December and a quiz on 23rd March.
