The recent cold spell took its toll on our trusty, long serving Foodbank van. Our volunteer drivers were confronted with a flat battery earlier this week. Without our van, much of what we do grinds to a halt.
Thank you, Oakleigh Garage, for coming to our rescue at a moment’s notice. We’re also incredibly grateful for all the support you’ve extended to us over the years.
Within no time at all we were back on the road, collecting important food donations from supermarkets across the community.
